Online Casinos Stocks

The online casinos market has become so big that several online casinos have already decided to go public and issue their stocks on the market. By going public, online casinos can increase their revenues considerably. The latest online casino to go public is Party Gaming. In the last couple of days the company’s value has sky rocketed to the tune of $9 billion.
The stock was initially priced at 1.16 Pounds. After trading was over yesterday and the market was closed the stock reached 1.325 Pounds, which marked an 11% increase in the stock’s value. Obviously, Party Gaming reputation as being one of the top online casinos out there has certainly played a role in the company’s assent. Expect more online casinos to follow in Party Gaming footsteps, given their enormous success.
However, not all online casinos who have gone public share the same success. Empire Poker is an example for another British-based online casino that didn’t fare as well on the market. This only goes to show you that the market is fickle and before you issue stocks you need to develop a strong fan base, much like Party Gaming. The online casinos industry is an already multi-billion dollar industry, which is only expected to grow in the future as more online casinos go public.
